A year ago, the whole company was at its full efficiency with teams dispatched all over the UAE and KSA and with the acquisition of a warehouse in DAMMAM and our Dubai office shifting on to the Expo Road. Looking back today at what we achieved and feeling quite nostalgic, we stand proud seeing the strength and unity of our team and associates. We grew stronger and became part of a bigger family: Novelty. This made us face new challenges and granted us other opportunities like rediscovering the luxury market.
2020 was supposed to be a hinge for us. A year filled with bright perspectives, a year for new commitments and expansion. A chance to establish new partnerships and to prove ourselves that the turn we’ve taken was simply the best way to pursue our ambitions. But the sanitary situation that the whole World is enduring at the moment is drastically affecting our industry and Novelty is no exception to the consequences of this crisis.
Though our office is physically closed due to the undergoing restrictions, our entire team and all collaborators remains active. Following online trainings, perfecting themselves in to the never-ending growth of technology and establishing new strategies to anticipate the post-crisis. Persisting in being close to our collaborators, we frequently organize some “Visio-conferences” to keep everyone informed and most of all, to support each other morally.
Today, the spirit we have perpetrated throughout those years remains the same. Our unity and passion that drove us to success and helped us becoming stronger is supporting us to keep a positive sight over the situation. We believe in a thriving recovery and insure you that we’ll be operational and at your entire disposal once things will slowly get back to normal.
On behalf of all Novelty Middle East collaborators, I wish you a prosperous and healthy continuation with my sincere gratitude for your loyalty, trust and support.
